How quickly will you reply to a partnership inquiry?
Within two working days. We send the trade kit, tier pricing and a short call invitation after we receive your form.
Do you have minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Retail MOQs vary by SKU but are designed to be accessible to independent stockists. Distributor MOQs depend on territory — we discuss these in our first conversation.
Are your equine products competition-safe?
Yes. Our equine formulations contain no prohibited substances under Clean Sport Regulations.
Where are your products made?
Batched locally in servicing regions by the Balms and Blossoms team, using named, traceable ingredients.
